About

Precise Circuit Company

Precise Circuit was formed in 1985 to produce quality electronic assemblies for the small to mid-sized original equipment manufacturer. Located in downtown Shelton, Connecticut, with easy access to major highways including the nearby Route 8. We specialize in surface-mount, thru-hole, and mixed technologies.

Thomas Misencik started Precise Circuit in 1985 after completing several years of electronic training from Connecticut School of Electronics, and Small Business Management courses at Southern Connecticut State University. He continues his education and training by attending seminars, courses, and training sessions to stay current in the ever changing field of electronics.

Precise Circuit is a proud sponsor of the Shelton High School Gaelhawks FIRST Robotics team. We send staff members to mentor the students participating in the team, and help them achieve their goal of building a fully functioning robot in a time span of 6 weeks. We also participate in events throughout the year that the Gaelhawks host, such as the Southern Connecticut Lego League Regional, fundraising events, and community service opportunities. In 2009, the Gaelhawks awarded Thomas Misencik the “Volunteer of the Year” Award for his continuing support and active leadership.
